Consultations are designed for athletes seeking expert insight and direction without committing to ongoing coaching. These sessions focus on assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making rather than long-term training oversight.

Consultations may include triathlon performance evaluations, training plan reviews, race strategy and season planning, equipment guidance, and triathlon bike fitting and position analysis. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s goals and experience level, with an emphasis on efficiency, sustainability, and performance outcomes.

Athletes leave with clear recommendations, actionable adjustments, and a defined path forward—whether continuing independently or transitioning into structured coaching.

Clinics & Group Programs

Clinics and group programs are designed to provide focused instruction and education in a structured, collaborative setting. These offerings emphasize skill development, efficiency, and practical application for endurance athletes of all levels.

Programs may include swim technique clinics, bike and run efficiency workshops, strength and mobility classes for endurance athletes, and seasonal or race-specific clinics. Content is tailored to the group while maintaining a high standard of technical instruction and coaching oversight.

Clinics and group programs are offered in partnership with clubs, gyms, and training facilities, and may be delivered as single-session events or multi-week series depending on goals and demand.

Private Instruction / 1:1 Sessions

Private sessions are designed for athletes who want focused, in-person instruction on a specific area of performance without committing to ongoing coaching. These sessions emphasize technique, mechanics, and execution rather than long-term programming.

Sessions may focus on swim technique, run mechanics, cycling efficiency, or strength and mobility for endurance athletes. Each session is individualized and goal-driven, with clear takeaways athletes can immediately apply to their training.

Private sessions are ideal for athletes looking to address a limiter, refine technique, or gain expert feedback in a single session or short series of sessions.
