About Greg Remaly

I am an elite triathlon coach and former professional triathlete with more than two decades of experience competing at the highest levels of the sport and coaching endurance athletes across all distances.

From 2001 to 2010, I competed internationally as a professional triathlete, earning ten professional victories along with numerous podium finishes and top American results at many of the world’s most competitive triathlons. During that period, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to perform consistently at the highest level.

In recent years, my competitive results as an age-group athlete have been equally defining. Since returning to the sport in 2021, I have been the #1 ranked short-course triathlete in the United States for three consecutive years. In 2025, I finished as the top-ranked U.S. triathlete across all distances in the 45+ category.

These results are not viewed as personal accolades, but as ongoing proof of process—of training decisions tested under pressure, refined over time, and executed when it matters most.

As a coach, I apply the same principles that guide my own racing: intelligent progression, durability, attention to detail, and respect for the long term. My approach prioritizes sustainable performance, clear execution, and developing athletes who can train and race well year after year.
